Well, I dropped my phonetics class. It was going to take up too much time and Benoit said that I had no need of it. It was looking it would be more of an intro to conversation class anyways. So I picked up my original plan of the teaching internship and it looks like I will be posted at a lycée right by St. Felix. I don’t know if it is public or private yet, but I must admit I am quite excited. If it is private maybe I can sit in on some of the religion classes or some of the Latin classes. It would be interesting to hear a class of religion in French. I still have to go to have an interview with the school Madame Rochet gave me this position because apparently it called for someone who was “tonique” (in essence fearless like me… or maybe just outgoing). I will be working for four hours a week. Who knows when? I also will be signing up for dance classes tomorrow. I am going to take tango, ballroom and yoga. So sweet, I will be able to to the tango de Roxanne by the end of the semester. I might make a go for crew, but it cost 60 euros.
