The Passive French

My cousin Eloi left this morning for Beauvais for university. Given that last night was the only night I would pass with him, he wanted to go out into the city. The night was relatively calm. That is until about 2 AM when we saw a guy get thrown out of a bar. The man then became quite violent. So the bar man through a bomb in his eye. That is pepper spray or the like. So the man squirms on the ground, then gets up and starts stumbling into everyone and every wall. He throws down tables and throws his fist against glass windows. He seemed to be stumbling away when he began to kick a door. After three solid kicks this man broke down the glass door. He then kicked down an restaurant door ran in and grabbed a chair (all while blinded still) and threw himself over some tables in front of a restaurant. Finally the passive French decided to take action and to throw him to the ground. My group called the police. Little good they did, arriving near an hour after the incident started. I then committed myself to my sweet sweet bed.
