I'm feeling a little nostalgic for Oregon. Must be the rain.

I've been trying to kill the same mosquito for the past 4 days. hopefully he is domestic, and won't give me malaria or dengue fever.

What do love about India? wearing sandals all the time, and being able to walk barefoot whenever i'm inside.

I find it to be disconcerting that ants like my snot.

I keep thinking i'm getting bit everywhere, but never see a mosquito. Am I going crazy? Then again, ants are really small and pack a punch.

I feel both triumph and trepidation as I smash the mosquito, and see from within him my blood splatter all over. I hope it is a him too, as I seem to remember hearing that only the female mosquito carries malaria.
